A Piece of Me
Queensland for me it’s been a really personal thing since the beginning as it was created by me and my sister Lara a few years ago but, unfortunately, the things didn’t end up as I wanted because, we both had our schedules, living in different cities so we couldn’t share our thoughts so slowly we stop writing and posting what we really wanted.
A Love Letter to Queensland
I joined Queensland slightly on accident, but I could not be more thankful to Rani for letting me join. I’m excited to join this project and rediscover my love for writing. I am so thankful already to QL, Rani and all of you that I cannot express it. However, I feel like there are hopes and fears that must be shared with you.

I’m a ’95 girl, born and raised in Lisbon Portugal. I first challenged Rani to start a blog without knowing of Queensland existed. Once I learned about it, the decision to join my friend on the pursuit of our shared interests and sharing them with the world was an obvious one. My handle everywhere is @catebirth, since that is the direct translation of my name to English.
